1. the cast iron soil pipe must be replaced with the plastic pipe. the soil pipe location should remain at its original place.

2. the new toilet must be installed in the right hand further corner of the bathroom.

3. the bathtub should be installed in the right corner of the bathroom

4. the shower screen must be mounted

5. the shower must be mounted to the ceiling, connecting pipes must run through the roof

6. the wall with the shower mixer must be covered with waterproof boards

7. the 2 walls adjacent to the bathtub must be tiled from the bathtub level
8. the sink counter-top mus be installed and the sink must be mounted on the counter-top

9. Kitchen sink and washing machine should be plumbed

10. External tap must be installed for watering the garden The client ( myself) will supply the bathroom suite (bathtub, toilet, sink), bathtub and sink taps, shower head and shower mixer, tiles, tiles adhesive, sink counter-top, additional floorboards.
