Remove and dispose of old bathroom suite.
Fit new bathroom suite, include boxing in bath end and plumbing including providing materials for piping with isolation valves where not present.
Remove tiles from all walls (approx 14sqm) and make good (plaster skim where necessary for smooth finish). Approx 8sqm of wall to be re-tiled.
Remove polystyrene coving and tiles on ceiling and make good (plaster skim where necessary for smooth finish).
Lay vinyl flooring (approx 3sqm).
Remove and replace radiator.
Fitting of bathroom cupboard, toilet roll holder and a small number of storage shelves.
Bathroom suite, wall tiles and flooring to be supplied. Existing light fitting and extractor fan to be retained.

Work to be undertaken in March. Bathroom floor area is approximately 2m by 3m.
