I have 2 jobs that need looking at.

1) sink in my kitchen is slow draining. Sink unblocker has been used but not giving a clearing the water quickly enough.

2) there is an extractor fan type thing in the bathroom, that use to work (make a noise) when the light is switch on. It's stop doing this.

The flat is in a big block of flats and had no tools.
