Needed to supply labour and materials to building in London EC1 for Basement, Ground, 1st and 2nd Floors.

To supply and install Keston 55 boiler and 300ltr unvented hot water cylinder. Run flue up to Ground Floor. Install all necessary controls and pipework.
Install 32mm 1st fix flow and returns reducing as necessary.
1st Fix install new 32mmm gas supply from existing meter reducing as necessary to supply boiler/kitchen and 5 x gas fires.
Install reclaimed cast iron rads and thermostatic rad valves supplied by client. Estimated at around 25.
Install new insulated cold water storage tank to basement.
Install new pump to supply all bathrooms.
Install incoming mains water supply from existing supply to Kitchen sink and storage tank.
Install 28mm pumped cold water supply to all bathrooms and utility room.
Install 28mm pumped hot water supply from cylinder to all bathrooms/kitchen/utility room.
Install 2nd hot return water supply.
2nd fix install all bathroom items (estimated at 21). Client is to supply bathroom suites.
Install new 4" pvc soil from basement to roof supplying kitchen and 2nd floor en-suite.
Alter 1st Floor bathroom cast iron soil pipe to suit new layout.
Alter basement cast iron pipe to suit utility lay out.
Alter basement en-suite bathroom pvc soil pipe to suit new layout.
