Currently it is a warehouse with pitch slate roof. As the ceiling is high, we have applied to build a mezzanie floor and a 13 steps 6 kite winder staircase. Basically, it is approved by the building control under conditions and we have all the drawings with descriptions. You need to install 3 iron beams, install joists, set up the staircase, modifiy the roof trusees, insulation on walls and pitch ceilings, ...etc. I have a complete lists of jobs. We provide all the major building materials and some useful tools such as concrete saw, scaffolding, manual hoist lift (for lift up the iron beam), ..and more.
