I am currently having my house extended at the back. Kitchen extended and wall knocked through to lounge.

I had a builder doing this work and he is quit under very suspicious circumstances.

This is the work that he has done so far:

Complete demolition of old conservatory, and removal of old kitchen.
Excavation of soil for trenches (passed by Building Control Inspector).
Pouring concrete mass into foundation (passed by Building Control
Inspector).
Disconnection of old waste pipe and the installation of new waste pipes
underground, in readiness for reconnection of waste pipes from house (passed
by Building Control Inspector). Please note that the house waste pipes are
not connected at the moment so ensure connection is made prior to usage.
Built extension walls as per plans.
Rendered extension walls.
New floor slab with insulation. This is not yet complete and still requires
a 100mm layer of concrete on top.
New pitched roof rafters. (these are only screwed to the walls in readiness
for installation of steels but they must be fixed as per architects
specifications.
Steel Joists measured, ordered, paid for and are at the suppliers who await
instructions on when to deliver.

I naturally am looking to get it finished urgently. What is your availability and of course I would need to know the costs of finishing this work.
