Double Story Extension on side of property...... I am considering buying a house on a huge corner plot with scope for extension. I would want to extend the kitchen out to the side to make a big kitchen / diner, a utility room behind the kitchen diner and a master bedroom and ensuite above? Rough idea of prices please.
