Remove and dispose of rear door and window frame.

Half brick doorway, tie into exterior wall, area 1000mm by 1000mm, leaving a cavity for insulation.

Providing and fitting double glazed window with opening dimensions approx 1400 mm by 1550 mm.

Plus re-wiring and re-plastering of whole house. (2 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, hallway and stairs and kitchen) ex local authority building circa 1940/1950's
