We have a standard 3 bed terraced house in Eltham. We are looking to make the downstairs (2 rooms, kitchen and hallway) open-plan by having the supporting and unsupporting walls removed. We dont require any decorating to be done. We just require the removal of the walls and any supporting RSJ that needs to be put in place. Put in place. The rest we can do.
