the units needs assembling andf itting, the sink anddishwasher needs plumbing and cooker and ovens need connecting the induction hob needs a special cable running from fusebox and there may be a few small areas of tiling and skimming the walls. the units ahve lighting under them also.
wickes will do the worktops.
