Scaffold and paint external front of house, inc walls, windows. Repair windows if needed, repair cornice, add lip where not present. Clean gutters.

Scaffold and paint external rear of house, inc lower walls, windows. Repair windows if needed. Clean gutters.

Paint internal communal staircase, inc internal walls and windows. Repair windows if needed

Confirm cause of internal staining in communal staircase. Fix leak from flat roof at rear if needed.

Paint front and side garden walls. Fix cracks in front wall render. Fix front gate. Fix asphalt front steps. Paint meter cupboard door. Paint concrete floor at bottom of steps to meter cupboard

New rainwater and waste downpipe from front balcony and side flat roof – leaks at top and discharges past gully at bottom. Confirm cause of internal staining in Flat B.

New soil stack and supports at rear of house to fix leak from Flat D soil.

Tidy external telephone and aerial wiring from roof to individual flats while scaffolding in place.
