Use of the service is free for Customers.
Trade Professionals can choose between different membership types, for which we charge different nominal monthly membership fees.
In addition, we charge Trade Professionals a referral fee for jobs where they'd like to get in direct contact with the job poster

The use of the Services of the Company for Trade Professionals depends on their Membership type. The Company offers a Free Membership for Trade Professionals that comes with restricted features as well as Paid Memberships that come with enhanced features. The detailed features, privileges and fees can be seen on the Membership Plan Overview page. You can also find a link to that page in the footer of our homepage.
The Paid Memberships for Trade Professionals are intended to enable Trade Professionals to express interest in higher-priced jobs, to disclose contact details to Customers via their profile, to benefit from an enhanced profile and from a preferential listing in the Trade Professionals Directory. All Paid Memberships are paid for on a monthly subscription basis, in advance, refunds will not be given.
You agree that the Company has the right to change the features and privileges of the Memberships Plans at any time without notice.
At the time of publication of these payment terms the membership fees are as follows:
Free Membership: No fee
Basic Membership: £9.99 (excl. VAT), payable every month on the same date
Silver Membership: £24.99 (excl. VAT), payable every month on the same date
Cost of Leads:
As a Trade Professional you'll have the opportunity to get in direct contact with Customers. To do so, the Trade Professional must purchase Mr-Skill Credits via his/her "My Account" page. In exchange for a certain number of Credits deducted from the Trade Professional account we exchange contact details between the Trade Professional and the Customer. The actual number of Credits deducted are always displayed before the transaction and may vary depending on what method of contact the Trade Professional chooses.
We reserve the right to review our fees from time to time. We also reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before we provide any Services to you.
The Membership fees can be paid by credit or debit card only. For your convenience we have partnered with Royal Bank of Scotland who hold your payment details on a secure server and take payments automatically. Invoices are immediately sent to you by E-mail.
If you setup an automatic agreement to pay us on a regular basis as a Trade Professionals, we will take payment 3 days before the expiry date. You must cancel the agreement before this date if you do not want it to renew. To cancel the agreement you must either cancel it via the RBS World pay system or by sending an email to support@mr-skill.co.uk.
The Mr-Skill Credits required for the purchase of leads can only be paid through PayPal. Invoices for your Credit purchases will be E-mailed to.
You agree to receive all invoices (whether relating to the Membership fees or purchase of Credits) by email to the email address you have given to us. It is your responsibility to ensure that this email address is working correctly.

When paying bills, time is of the essence and we ask you to ensure that your card details are valid and that you have sufficient funds available. You may update your payment details at any time via your "My Account" area or directly with Royal Bank of Scotland.
In the event that a payment fails we will ask you to provide updated payment details. We may temporarily suspend your account if an amount remains unpaid for more than 14 days. We reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 4% per annum over Bank of England Base Rate on all amounts that remain outstanding 30 days after the issue of our invoice.
From time to time the Company may change its Membership prices. Provided we give you 14 days notice of a pricing change, if you do not cancel before your scheduled renewal you have agreed to the new price.
Please get straight in touch with us if you are in any way unsure about an amount that has been charged to your card. You may email us at support@mr-skill.co.uk to ask a question or call us from 9.00am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday on 0845 094 9490. In the event that we find a payment has been taken in error we will refund the amount immediately to your credit or debit card.
You may cancel within the first 14 days of membership in which case you will receive a full refund of any membership fees paid. Refunds under any other circumstance are at the sole discretion of the Company.
You agree that having a paid membership does not remove the Company's right to Limit or Terminate your services.
