Hi, I am thinking of putting in a new kitchen, but the walls and ceiling are currently in a bad state and I think it would be best to deal with them first. The idea is that I would strip the kitchen out before you begin this job.
The walls are not really artex, more like lumpy paint - I don't know what it is but it's horrible! The lumps are probably about 0.5 to 1cm raised from the wall. The ceiling is actually regular artex. There are also pipes that run along the walls (towards the ceiling height) which are ugly and I would like to know if they can be covered, perhaps by boxing in.
The dimensions of the room are 2.27 x 3.27m.
There is also a large cupboard in the kitchen which currently houses an old boiler (not in use). Would it be possible to remove this boiler and make the inside of the cupboard good, i.e. plaster over the breeze block interior?
I have left my email & phone number on here so that you can also contact me directly.
