fit the flooring in 23 m2 new build and remove the carpet and fit the flooring in remaining 23 m2 area. total 46 m2 flooring fitting is required . after that upper floor of the house ( 3 bed rooms and a bath room ) need the carpet removal and fitting of new flooring
